Kim Kardashian reveals 35-supplement wellness routine during podcast appearance

Kardashian said blood test results convinced her to continue after briefly stopping due to pill fatigue

Kim Kardashian has revealed that she takes around 35 supplements each day as part of her health and wellness routine.

Speaking during the May 19 episode of Amy Poehler’s podcast Good Hang, Kardashian discussed the extensive regimen and explained that she spreads the supplements across three different times during the day.

“I take probably 35 supplements a day,” Kardashian said during the interview. “I do spread them out three times a day.”

The 45-year-old reality television star admitted the routine can feel overwhelming at times, particularly when taking large fish oil capsules.

However, she said blood test results convinced her to continue after briefly stopping part of the regimen.

“I thought, ‘Okay, I can’t do this fish oil right now, like anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil,’” Kardashian explained. “And I got my blood work and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again.”

According to the interview, fish oil supplements were among the most difficult for Kardashian to take due to their size.

She also joked about preferring a simpler alternative for maintaining the routine.

“I wish there was like an IV drip I could do every day and I would just do it on my way,” she added.
