Did QTCinderella defend Sykkuno? Streamer’s comments spark buzz amid cheating scandal

Speaking candidly with Valkyrae, QTCinderella acknowledged the lack of nuance in online discourse

QTCinderella’s recent comments arguing that mistakes should not result in permanent condemnation, amid Sykkuno’s ongoing scandal regarding allegations of cheating have sparked buzz online.

Speaking candidly on the Wine About It podcast with Valkyrae, QTCinderella acknowledged the lack of nuance in online discourse and emphasised the importance of understanding context when judging others.

“I know there’s no such thing as nuance on the internet. However, I’m a human and I believe in nuance,” she said. She added that when friends make mistakes, it is important to hear them out and consider their perspective.

Drawing on a personal example, she described a friend who had cheated in a relationship but showed remorse afterwards. “I don’t think he needs to be condemned forever,” she said, suggesting accountability should involve reflection and personal growth, including therapy and time away from relationships.

While QTCinderella clarified that she was not talking about Sykkuno specifically in the clip, her comments come as the controversy surrounding the 34-year -old streamer continues to develop.

The scandal stems from a wider set of claims first published on April10 by VTuber HemomalVT, who released a 32-page document accusing Sykkuno of serial cheating and emotional manipulation.

Earlier, Valkyrae also addressed the situation, confirming she spoke privately with him and expressing disappointment. She stated, “He’s a cheater… Cheating is bad, a selfish act. It hurts ppl,” while adding she hopes those involved can find resolution.
