K&N’s SmartCooking Recipes: Mughlai Tikka Burrito

Ingredients
-K&N’s Mughlai Tikka (22-24 kababs)
-Tortilla bread as required
-Chilli sauce as required
-Lettuce as required
-Salad as required
-Yogurt garlic sauce as required
Method
1. Prepare K&N’s Mughlai Tikka as per instructions on pack.
2. Take tortilla bread, spread chilli sauce evenly.
3. On one side, add lettuce, prepared K&N’s Mughlai Tikka, prepared salad and drizzle yogurt garlic sauce on top. Wrap to make a roll.
4. Mughlai Tikka Burritos are ready to serve.
Yogurt Garlic Sauce Ingredients
-Yogurt (1 cup)
-Salt to taste
-Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
-White pepper powder (1 tsp)
-Mint (1 tsp; chopped)
-Garlic (1 tsp; chopped)
-Tahini sauce (1 tbsp)
Method
1. In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
2. Your sauce is ready. Set aside.
Salad Ingredients
-Cucumber (½ cup; chopped)
-Onion (½ cup; chopped)
-Tomato (½ cup; chopped)
-Coriander leaves (½ cup; chopped)
-Lemon juice (4 tbsp)
-Salt to taste
Method
1. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables.
2. Add lemon juice and salt. Your salad is ready, set aside.
Chilli Sauce Ingredients
-Tomato (1 cup; chopped)
-Onion (1 cup; diced)
-Apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp)
-Black pepper powder (1 tsp)
-Sugar (1 tsp)
-Garlic cloves (3)
-Ketchup (2 tbsp)
-Salt to taste
-Whole red chillies (5-6)
-Green chillies (2-3)
Method
1. Blend together all these ingredients to make a fine paste.
2. Your chilli sauce is ready, set aside.
