K&N’s SmartCooking Recipes: Mortadella Bread Omelette

Ingredients
-K&N’s Mortadella Slices as required
-Bread as required
-Oil (2 tbsp)
-Red bell pepper (¼ cup)
-Green bell pepper (¼ cup)
-Onion (¼ cup)
-Eggs (3)
-Salt to taste
-Black pepper powder (¼ tsp)
-White pepper powder (¼ tsp)
-Chicken (¾ cup; boiled and shredded)
-Mozzarella cheese as required
Method
1. Heat K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per instruction on pack and cut into chunks.
2. In a pan, heat oil, add red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion. Sauté for a minute.
3. Cut bread slices from inside and leave around ½ inch from all sides.
4. In a bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and whisk well.
5. Add sautéed veggies and mix well.
6. Add chunks of K&N’s Mortadella Slices and mix again.
7. In a pan, melt butter; toast a corner of bread slice; add egg veggie mixture in the center, add mozzarella cheese slice and cover with remaining part of the bread.
8. Cook from other side too on a low flame.
9. Your Mortadella Bread Omelette is ready to serve.
