K&N’s SmartCooking Recipes: Cheesy Seekh Kabab Spring Roll

Ingredients
-K&N’s Seekh Kabab (12 kababs)
-Oil (2 tbsp)
-Carrot (1 cup; julienned)
-Cabbage (1 cup; julienned)
-Bell pepper (1 cup; julienned)
-Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
-Chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
-Black pepper powder (1 tsp)
-Salt (½ tsp)
-Roll sheets (12)
-Mozzarella cheese strips (12)
-Slurry as required; (mix ½ cup all-purpose flour with 4 tbsp water)
Method
1. Heat K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on pack.
2. In a pan, heat oil, add carrot, cabbage, bell pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, salt and cook for another minute. Your vegetable filling is ready.
4. Slit K&N’s Seekh Kabab vertically from the center and place one cheese strip in it.
5. Add a layer of vegetable filling on a roll sheet.
6. Place prepared cheese stuffed K&N’s Seekh Kabab and wrap into a roll. Bind the roll sheet with slurry.
7. Deep fry prepared spring rolls over medium flame until golden brown.
8. Cheesy Seekh Kabab Spring Rolls are ready. Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
