These T20 Records Shattered in Zalmi vs Gladiators
Peshawar Zalmi claimed an outstanding 118-run victory against Quetta Gladiators in the 29th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11 at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

The resounding victory witnessed several records shattered, not only in the history of the Pakistan Super League but also in the shortest format across the globe.
With this 118-run win over the Gladiators, the Babar Azam-led side became the first team in PSL history to win seven consecutive matches in a single season.
Previously, the record for most consecutive wins in a single edition belonged to Multan Sultans, who achieved it in the 2026 PSL under the leadership of Mohammad Rizwan.
Experienced batter Babar Azam completed a fantastic century on the last ball of the innings, scoring his fastest PSL hundred off 50 balls, including six fours and four sixes.
Babar became the first batter in T20 cricket history to score a fifty without facing a dot ball, and also the first cricketer to score a hundred with just one dot ball.
The Lahore-born cricketer scored 52 percent of his runs through singles, twos, and threes, the highest share in any 100-plus innings across franchise T20 leagues.
The 31-year-old cricketer stitched a crucial 135-run partnership with Kusal Mendis to help the former champions post 255 runs on the scoreboard.
With this, the right-handed batter equalled Indian star Virat Kohli with 47 century partnerships in all T20s, becoming the player with the most century stands.
