MANSEHRA   –   The 38th annual Shivaratri festival at the historic Shiva Temple Chitti Gatti Monday concluded peacefully, drawing thousands of devotees from across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and neighboring areas. This centuries-old temple is a key spiritual center for the Hindu community in the region. Thousands of pilgrims participated in the two days celebrations, performing traditional rituals and prayers as part of the Shivaratri observances. Full security arrangements were implemented under the directives of District Police Officer Muhammad Azhar Khan. DSP Baffa Pakhal Sajad Khan directly supervised the deployment, which included police officers, personnel, and women police staff.
