Matt Kalil files lawsuit over ex-wife Haley’s comments on intimate details of marriage

The former NFL offensive tackle is suing his his ex-wife, alleging invasion of privacy after her viral remarks

Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, influencer Haley Baylee, following viral remarks she made about their marriage during a livestream appearance late last year.

Court documents filed on Tuesday and obtained by US media outlets state that the former NFL offensive tackle is suing Baylee for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment.

Kalil alleges that comments made by Baylee during a Twitch livestream in November 2025 subjected him to unwanted public attention and invasive commentary about deeply personal matters.

During the livestream, Baylee claimed that Kalil’s penis size was “the biggest factor” in the breakdown of their marriage, which ended in divorce in 2022. In the lawsuit, Kalil describes the remarks as “degrading and deeply personal”, arguing that they have caused harm not only to him but also to members of his family.

According to the filing, Kalil says his current wife, Keilani Asmus, received “disturbing” and “alarming” messages following the spread of the comments online. He is seeking damages in excess of $75,000, alleging that Baylee financially benefited from the increased attention and online traffic generated by the viral clip.

Baylee responded to the lawsuit in a statement to Page Six,, saying she was shocked by the legal action. “The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account,” she said, adding that she spoke positively about her former husband in several parts of the conversation. “I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing.”

Kalil and Baylee began dating after he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2012 and married in 2015. Baylee filed for divorce in May 2022, citing irreconcilable differences. Kalil later remarried in 2024.
