Sargodha Arts Council to host 3-day cultural competition from 14th


SARGODHA  –  The Punjab Council of the Arts (PCA) Sargodha Division, in line with the Punjab government’s vision, would organise a three-day event titled “Hum Maen, Hum Behnen, Hum Betiyan – Qaumon Ki Izzat Hum Se Hai” featuring live painting, tableau, and speech competitions from May 14 to 16, 2026. According to a press  release issued by Sargodha Arts Council on Wednesday, the painting competition would be held on May 14 at 10am, where the first, second, and third position winners would receive cash prizes of Rs50,000, Rs30,000, and Rs20,000, respectively. The tableau competition is scheduled for May 15, while the speech contest would take place on May 16, both starting at 10:00am. For these categories, the first prize is fixed at Rs30,000, the second at Rs25,000, and the third at Rs20,000. The primary objective of these competitions is to provide a positive platform for students of schools, colleges, and universities to showcase their creative, cultural, and academic talents. Interested participants aged between 16 and 30 years can register via Google Form or by visiting the Punjab Council of the Arts office in Sargodha directly.
