ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Librarians Society (PLS) is all set to celebrate World Book and Copyright Day on April 23 by organising a webinar focused on promoting literacy and emerging technological trends. Titled “Literacy Through Multilingualism and Advantage of AI,” the online session aims to bring together professionals, educators, and learners to discuss the role of multilingual approaches in enhancing literacy, as well as the growing impact of artificial intelligence in the field. According to the organisers, the webinar will be held at 7:30pm, participation is free, and attendees will receive e-certificates.
The initiative reflects the society’s ongoing efforts to promote a reading culture, encourage knowledge sharing, and support the adoption of innovative tools in education.
