Heated Rivalry star Connor Storrie debuted a dramatically different look at the 2026 Creative Arts Emmy Awards, trading his signature curls for a buzzcut as he attended the ceremony on Sunday.

The 26-year-old actor unveiled his new hairstyle on the red carpet at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, pairing the shorter cut with a grey suit and a silky blue shirt.

The appearance came as Storrie marked another career milestone — his first Emmy nomination. He received a nod for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for hosting Saturday Night Live in February.

Storrie was not eligible this awards cycle for his breakout performance as Ilya Rozanov in Heated Rivalry, but his SNL appearance earned him a place among nominees including Michael J. Fox and Brett Goldstein for Shrinking, Hamish Linklater for Widow’s Bay, Christopher McDonald for Hacks and the late Rob Reiner for The Bear.

Reflecting on the nomination, Storrie previously described hosting SNL as a “pinch-me” moment in his career.

“It was a formative part of my life growing up, so to be recognised by the Academy for hosting feels incredibly surreal,” he said, expressing gratitude to those involved in the show.
