Bad Bunny becomes first Latin artist to surpass $1 billion in tour revenue

The singer is among fewer than 25 artists worldwide to have generated more than $1 billion in concert ticket sales

Puerto Rican music star Bad Bunny has become the first Latin artist to surpass $1 billion in career touring revenue, marking a significant milestone in the global live music industry.

According to Billboard, the achievement places the singer among fewer than 25 artists worldwide to have generated more than $1 billion in concert ticket sales.

The milestone also makes him the first non-English performing artist to reach the figure through touring.

The record comes during the success of his ongoing Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour, which supports his sixth studio album. The stadium tour has grossed $360 million and sold approximately 2.4 million tickets across its first 41 performances.

Notably, the tour has achieved its commercial success without including any dates in the United States. Billboard reports that it has become the highest-grossing tour in Boxscore history to exclude the US market entirely.

The international run began in Santo Domingo in November 2025 and is scheduled to conclude in Brussels in July 2026. Due to strong demand, the tour expanded to 57 dates spanning multiple continents.

The latest figures further strengthen Bad Bunny’s position as one of the music industry’s leading live performers.

His previous touring benchmark was set by the 2022 World’s Hottest Tour, which generated $314.4 million in gross ticket sales and established new standards for Spanish-language touring acts.

By consistently attracting stadium-sized audiences around the world while performing primarily in Spanish, Bad Bunny continues to demonstrate the growing global influence and commercial strength of Latin music in international entertainment markets.
