Anne Hathaway has announced that she is expecting her third child, confirming the news after debuting her baby bump during a family holiday in St. Tropez, France.

The Oscar-winning actress was photographed enjoying time with her husband, Adam Shulman, their two sons and a group of friends at Jardin Tropezina beach in the French Riviera. Hathaway was seen wearing a colourful bikini, sunglasses and a straw hat while spending the day with her family. During the outing, she occasionally covered her stomach with a towel and later changed into a white cover-up.

The actress officially confirmed her pregnancy on June 19 through a post on Instagram. Sharing a video of herself revealing her baby bump, Hathaway captioned the post: “x Baby, I’m yours x.”

The pregnancy marks another milestone for Hathaway and Shulman, who married in 2012. The couple share two sons, Jonathan, born in 2016, and Jack, born in 2019.

The news comes during a busy period in Hathaway’s career. The actress has recently been promoting several projects, including Devil Wears Prada 2 and Mother Mary, while upcoming releases include The Odyssey, The End of Oak Street and Verity.

Hathaway has previously spoken openly about her fertility journey. When announcing her second pregnancy in 2019, she shared a message of support for people experiencing infertility and conception challenges. In a 2024 interview, she also revealed that she had experienced a miscarriage in 2015.
