Maya Jama’s career goes global with new opportunity after Ruben Dias split

WASHINGTON  –  Maya Jama has reportedly bagged a major television deal in the United States just weeks after her split from Ruben Dias. The presenter is already preparing to return as host of Love Island, but reports suggest she will soon travel to the US to start work on a new project with American television executives.  Reports say Jama’s schedule over the coming months will involve filming across both Europe and the United States as she goes international.  A source quoted by the Mirror claimed the presenter is currently focused on expanding her career instead of dwelling on her recent breakup. “Maya’s schedule is really exciting,” a source told the publication. “She is more sought after than ever and is loving all the different projects she has going on. Maya thrives off being busy and manifesting her career goals. She definitely isn’t heartbroken and licking her wounds.”  News of Jama’s split from Dias emerged last month, ending the couple’s reported 18-month relationship. Rumours later circulated online claiming the Manchester City defender had messaged other women during the relationship. Dias publicly denied the allegations through social media.  The footballer reportedly addressed the rumours after becoming frustrated by the online speculation surrounding his personal life.  Circling back to Jama’s growing career, the television star also has several major projects lined up beyond Love Island. She is also expected to appear in the second season of The Gentlemen, the Netflix series created by Guy Ritchie.  In addition, Jama is reportedly set to join the upcoming celebrity edition of The Traitors, which is expected to air later this year. Meanwhile, even her social media has been buzzing with massive support from her fans after her post-breakup thirst traps.
