Delfin approves the transfer of stakes to Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio at shareholders' meeting
The 25% Delfin stake held by Luca and Paola Del Vecchio is to be transferred to their brother, Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio. The shareholders’ meeting also approved an increase in dividends.
