Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie and more shine on LA premiere red carpet

‘Euphoria’ Season 3 premiere sees the cast and crew reunite ahead of HBO release later this month

The cast of Euphoria gathered at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles for the Season 3 premiere, marking the return of HBO’s acclaimed drama.

The event brought together leading stars including Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney and Hunter Schafer, alongside a wider ensemble and industry guests.

Zendaya appeared on the red carpet in a brown satin halter gown by Ashi Studio, paired with matching heels and diamond accessories. Sweeney rocked a white draped dress featuring a floor-length cape and rhinestone-encrusted bow, designed by archival Pierre Cardin from 2007. Alexa Demie was seen in a vintage Bob Mackie gown, while Schafer styled a shimmery Roberto Cavalli number, adding to the evening’s fashion highlights.

Other attendees included Maude Apatow, Nika King, Natasha Lyonne, Brian Grazer and Da’Vine Joy Randolph, underscoring the show’s cultural reach. The premiere precedes the official release of Season 3 on April 12 on HBO, with streaming available on HBO Max.

Guest appearances this season feature Colman Domingo, Nika King and Alanna Ubach, while new additions include Sharon Stone, Rosalía and Danielle Deadwyler.

Season 3 is widely expected to conclude the series, although HBO has not confirmed this definitively. Casey Bloys, HBO’s chief, indicated that creator Sam Levinson remains focused on completing the current season while leaving open the possibility of future developments.

Levinson also spoke about the passing of Euphoria stars Angus Cloud and Eric Dane. He revealed that he fought to support Cloud’s recovery, but ultimately lost him to a fatal overdose in 2023 and praised Dane’s professionalism, recalling his concerns about his deteriorating health due to ALS.

The Euphoria creator fondly of both actors, saying their deaths have made him appreciate the value of life. At the premiere, he remembered Cloud, dedicating the show to the 73,000 Americans who died from overdose in 2023, highlighting life’s preciousness.
