ISLAMABAD: The federal government has increased the price of petrol by Rs8 per litre for the next fortnight of March 2026, high-speed diesel (HSD) up by Rs5.16 per litre, according to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance on Saturday.

Following the increase, the price of petrol has jumped from Rs258.17 to Rs266.17 while the HSD price now stands at 280.86.

The new prices will remain effective for the next 15 days.
