Landman Season 3 has been delayed after production was pushed from August to September, according to actor James Jordan in an interview with Us Weekly.

Jordan, who plays Dale Bradley in the Paramount+ series, revealed that filming will now begin in September and is expected to continue through “the first quarter of next year”.

The change in production timing means the third season’s release will also be pushed back.

While an official premiere date has not been announced, the delayed filming schedule could mean that Landman Season 3 arrives in late 2027.

Jordan also confirmed that Stephen Kay will return for the third season. The upcoming instalment will again feature 10 episodes, matching the episode count of the first two seasons.

Describing what viewers can expect, Jordan said the new episodes will be a combination of “crazy, wonderful, funny, and wild”.

The third season follows the events of the Season 2 finale, which saw Tommy Norris fired from M-Tex before deciding to establish his own company.

He began recruiting key members from M-Tex and brought his father into the new venture, setting up a different direction for the character.

Billy Bob Thornton is expected to return as Tommy Norris, alongside Andy Garcia, Sam Elliott, Colm Feore and Kayla Wallace.

The report also states that Demi Moore, Ali Larter, Jacob Lofland and Michelle Randolph are set to receive significant pay increases for the new season.

The first two seasons of Landman are available to stream on Paramount+, with Season 3 also expected to premiere on the platform once production is completed.
