Kai Cenat has publicly stated that he is single, prompting a response from his former girlfriend Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah, who has denied allegations of infidelity and said she initiated their breakup.

The Twitch streamer posted a brief message on X. The statement came amid growing online speculation surrounding the end of his relationship with Alayah, an influencer and content creator.

Cenat had confirmed their relationship in December 2024 during his birthday livestream, ending months of fan speculation. At the time, he described feeling happier and more focused since they began dating, explaining that they had met in Manhattan and that the relationship had positively affected his mindset.

Shortly after Cenat’s post, Alayah addressed the situation directly on Instagram Stories, disputing rumours and criticising what she described as misleading narratives circulating online.

“I left, now you wanna get on the internet and rush to paint a false narrative about off a FAKE twitter post is insane. I’ve never cheated on you, and YOU know that. I have never dealt with that man… play that sympathetic role somewhere else pls,” she wrote.

For several weeks, rumours had circulated online suggesting Alayah had been unfaithful or involved with rapper NBA YoungBoy, claims she firmly rejected in her statement. Neither party has provided further details about the breakdown of the relationship.
